Amrit Birring is a dedicated community activist and political organizer from Surrey, British Columbia. As a father of two and software developer by profession, Birring became deeply concerned about educational materials and programs in BC schools, particularly the SOGI (Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity) curriculum. His passion for protecting children led him to organize numerous rallies, engage with students and officials, and even form his own political party - the Freedom Party of British Columbia - to address these issues. Birring's tireless advocacy efforts include organizing ""Million Marches"" in Surrey, filing formal complaints with authorities, and running candidates in provincial elections, all focused on reforming educational policies he believes are harmful to children.
