Episode 75C Daniel 12

Well this is Daniel 12.
Daniel Chapter 12 is the final chapter of the Book of Daniel. This chapter focuses on the prophecy of the end times and the ultimate destiny of humanity. Here’s a brief synopsis:

The Time of the End: The chapter starts with a vision of a time of great distress, unlike anything ever seen before. Michael, the great prince who protects the people, will arise to protect them.

Resurrection and Judgment: A promise is given that those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awaken, some to everlasting life and others to shame and everlasting contempt. This is one of the earliest references in the Bible to the resurrection of the dead.

The Wise and the Wicked: The wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness will be like the stars forever. But the wicked will continue in their wickedness.

Sealed Prophecy: Daniel is instructed to seal the words of the prophecy until the time of the end. Many will go here and there to increase knowledge.

Final Instructions: An angel reveals that the time of the end will last for a time, times, and half a time. Daniel seeks further understanding but is told that the words are closed up and sealed until the end time.

Blessed Hope: Those who endure and remain faithful until the end will be blessed. There is a call to faithfulness and endurance.

This chapter offers a message of hope and resurrection for the faithful, while also emphasizing the importance of wisdom and righteousness in the face of coming tribulations.
