Giller now doing strip searches on the side of the road? Willimantic PD

This is what they do out there, they go after street level addicts and pretend they're actually fighting crime, or stopping the actual dealers? This guy panhandles he's not some big "drug dealer" like Giller wants everyone to think. This is pathetic, and a true show of the Willimantic PD and how they act.

This Happened on 7/21/24 and involves one of Willimantic PDs biggest criminals Kienan Giller. He stopped David Reeves for claiming he saw something that happened in a vehicle that didn't happen clearly, and how'd he see it between the bushes, and being lower than the truck? It doesn't add up, he whines about this guy lying once, then goes on to lie over and over and over. Do you guys think its ok for him to just search him, undo his pants, pull them down, and rub all over him in public? With no crime, David was dumb and told him he had a pipe, he shouldn't have answered anything. But this goes to show the Willimantic police departments abuse of the public. This cop does this alllll the time, and is wrong a lottttt. Yet nothing happens to him? How is that? Oh yea because the state is just a gang and they refuse to hold any of their members to the same level that the public is. He violated this dude on so many levels its not even funny. This is as always for news and educational purposes, this is why you need to know your rights and not just your rights but the laws. Because these fools don't even know them, and if they do and they know you don't, they will take advantage of you every single time. And its important for the public to see and be aware of how these "public servants" are acting on a daily basis all around them
