Study Claims Return to Work Hurts Companies, Shows Women Don’t Want to Work and Still Get Paid

The title is self-explanatory. A junk study is now gaining traction. It is being used by the Left to claim that the return to office/work mandates by companies are actually hurting them when that isn’t what the supposed data shows. What it actually shows is, companies are using return to work to weed out undesirable employees while carefully choosing replacements. This is while also showing that “career” women overwhelmingly want to not have to show up to a job, actually work and still getting paid. Meaning, they are entitled and believe someone else should financially support them.
