Europe's new migrant hotspot races to cope with surging deaths

The number of migrants arriving from the West African coast to the Spanish archipelago of the Canary Islands is running at all-time highs. But the rate of migrants going missing or dying on the voyage is growing five times faster, the latest available data shows. Kristy Kilburn reports.
