(The Final Experiment) Challenge #3 Submission - Flat Earth Distances between Meridians of Longitude

We multiply the equatorial meridian distance by the cosine of the latitude. The cosine function naturally describes how the apparent spacing between meridians changes from an observer's perspective on a flat plane.
