Another project on the homestead

Today was a big day for us. Our driveway got some gravel, and oh boy did it need it! When it gets wet, it gets muddy on top and we slide. So before snow flies and spring rains, we ordered some gravel mixed with sand.

But first, I followed Kirk around as he did the barn chores since he had to wait for the dump truck to come.

Then, here came the gravel and he spent the morning in the skid steer after every load spreading it out evenly. Right after lunch came the last load and he was able to head back up to work. And the drive way looks and drives so much better!
