The rally and march on the "INTERNATIONAL DAY OF SOLIDARITY WITH THE PALESTINIAN PEOPLE" in Manahatta, Lenapehoking (Manhattan, New York City), was organized by the Shut It Down For Palestine coalition (www.shutitdown4palestine.org), on November 29, 2024.

Pro-Palestine New Yorkers gathered outside Columbus Circle. New York City Police Department (NYPD) officers closed Columbus Circle and they didn't allow protesters to have the rally by the statue of colonizer, invader, criminal Christopher Columbus.

There are five statues of invader, colonizer Christopher Columbus in New York City. ALL five statues of Columbus must be REMOVED from public places in NYC. Replace the 5 statues of Columbus with statues of Indigenous Lenape people. Lenape people are the original inhabitants of New York City.

After the rally, PEACEFUL protestors marched to the Trump Tower, Saint Patrick's Cathedral, Rockefeller Center, Bryant Park, Empire State Building and Herald Square (outside Macy's), where they ended the demonstration.
