Tell the Table you will Drink a Shot from Under a Hat, without touching the hat. Use a Straw a fake sucking the shot from under the table. Then proclaim you have drank the shot. Sooner or later someone around the table will pick up the hat and look. At that point drink the shot and win the bet.
