NDP Liberals Add 324 Firearm Models to Ban List, Sending Guns to Ukraine? (FULL)

Liberal Safety Minister Dominic LeBlanc announced today that the Trudeau government would be adding 324 makes and models of legally acquired firearms to Canada's list of prohibited (banned) guns from May 2020.

LeBlanc also said the federal government would look to transfer guns received from retailers and private owners via the voluntary 'buyback' program, to Ukraine.

Commissioner Bryan Larkin said the RCMP has been working closely with the Canadian Firearms Program using, what he called, "an indigenous lens," to carefully add more models to the ban list in the coming months.
