US COURT INJUSTICES VIA THE CABAL: …Anon by email Thurs. 5 Dec.

· In some areas of the country Sheriffs, Judges and Police are complicit with the Court. All Courts are Banks. All Statutes are Bonds. It's all about $$$ in exchange for trafficking the Living Man linked to the Straw Man on the Birth Certificate.

· Political prisoners reported that in Missouri and Colorado Attorney/Lawyers failed to show up at court proceedings all week including my Son, who was released on bail on Mon. 2 Dec. 2024. The moment we arrived, the Security Guard said "I don't know what's going on but we're understaffed today - everyone called in sick."

· When we entered the court room, there were all new faces (judge, all attorney/lawyers, Court Officials (except one). We assumed it was because of the Habeas Corpus that we filed into Federal Court last week (with Proof of Summons).

· There is definitely something going on - the local county jail released several men this week.

· The men in this jail all have codenames, my son's codename was "Jail Lawyer" - he was the ONLY one in jail representing himself - all others have court-appointed attorneys (one man has a private attorney).

· Many of these guys have been in jail for two years waiting for their first court appearance. They were curious why my son has had multiple court appearances while they're still waiting; (sickening).

· For three months, my son prepared judicial paperwork for guys in prison: FOIA requests, Attorney No Authority, Cease & Desist, Motions, etc. and often there was a line outside of my Son's pod of guys waiting to ask questions or to borrow his Black’s Law Dictionary.

· The guys still in jail call my son to report the status of others - my Son has cried many times for these guys (93% have no injured party). Their stories are heart-wrenching; several were trafficked into psych wards, force medicated and/or strapped to tables and injected with unknown psych meds - aren't these Nuremberg Code Violations?

· My Son learned from jail that Police Departments utilize what's called "Confidential Informants." These "informants" are weaponized by Policemen to call the Police Station to report any kind of infraction or made-up story - in my Son's case, he was arrested for standing on a public sidewalk.

· Police Reports were rife with hearsay, libel, slander, defamation of character, etc. The men in jail were sharing and comparing their stories with each other - it turns out several cases indicated the same pattern in Police Reports utilizing the same "Confidential Informant (s); grotesque miscarriage of Justice.

· Judy, ever since 2015, we've sat through dozens of court sessions - it's obvious that the ONLY agenda of Attorney/Lawyers [in lower courts] is to obtain an indictment using Statutes (all Police Reports that I have seen are rife with Statutes, libel, slander, defamation of character, etc. Absent: probable cause, lawful warrant, due process, injured party.

· ALL codes, statutes, rules, regulations are Unconstitutional and lacking Due Process "Rodriguez v. Ray Donavan (U.S. Department of Labor), 769 F. 2d 1344, 1348, (1985) [Emphasis added].

· It's like a Mafia Crime Spree. The corruption runs deep; Sheriffs, judges, etc. are complicit. All Courts are Banks; all Statutes are Bonds; it's all about $$$ in exchange for trafficking the Living Man linked to the Straw Man on the Birth Certificate.

· My Son told the guys in jail - "for years I've been in search for trusting relationships- then I go to jail to discover they're all here." These guys plan to stay in touch. My Son said if it were not for his experience in jail, he would have never met these guys nor the level of corruption and human trafficking via The Police State.

· On Wed. 4 Dec. three different sources indicated something was going to happen tonight that would make Tier4b move forward with notification.

· Wells Fargo and HSBC have sent out to certain individuals in Redemption Centers a flash drive that releases the activation code. Those flash drives have been installed and will receive the activation codes from the Star Link System to begin the redemption process.

· Redemption Center people were having to sign brand new NDAs every time they go into the Redemption Center.
