Clutching in the Port Main Engine on the triple screw USNS Gordon

Underway on the USNS, Gary Gordon, and we are clutching in the port main engine and getting ready to prepare the starboard main engine for clutching as well. This will allow us to achieve full sea speed during the Turbo activation and sea trial.
