New leader at EPA is Fairfield native and former coal lobbyist

He is a Fairfield, Ohio native and graduate of Fairfield High School. Growing up in Butler County, Wheeler became an Eagle Scout as a member of Boy Scout Troop 960 at Holy Cross in Fairfield, according to WCPO news partner the Journal-News. They reported that Wheeler misses local foods like Frisch's, United Dairy Farmers and Graeter's.
