Ubisoft Shutting Down XDefiant 8 Months After Launch! HUGE FAILURE!

Ubisoft could not end the year any other way but announcing another catastrophic failure. XDefiant is effectively dead less than 8 months after it's launch. Their answer to Overwatch failed to catch on and struggled to maintain a 20,000 player base. Ubisoft Osaka and San Francisco are being shut down as well as their Sydney team massively restructured. 277 jobs have been slashed and going forward, everything hinges on Assassin's Creed Shadows being a success.

Ubisoft cannot survive 2025.
