Figs provide energy and healing power needed for a variety of bodily needs. The nutrient compounds in figs help rebuild and restore the immunological, muscular, reproductive, and lymphatic system and much more.

FIGS WITH MACADAMIA CHEESE AND RAW HONEY
Ingredients: (organic when possible)
2 pounds fresh figs, any variety
1/2 C raw macadamia nuts
1/2 lemon, juiced
Dime size sliver of garlic
1/2 teaspoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon raw honey
One sprig of fresh rosemary
Raw honey for drizzling

Directions:
Make your nut cheese first by blending macadamia nuts, lemon juice, olive oil, honey, and garlic in a blender until smooth and creamy. Set aside in the refrigerator to cool.
Mince 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary.
Slice figs and arrange on a plate.
Top with a dollop of macadamia cheese and sprinkle of rosemary.
Finish with a drizzle of raw honey and enjoy! Serves 2 to 4.
