Can we get a TRUE double stack 1911?

The inconvenient truth is that the 2011 pistol, while having it's own niche, isn't perfect. But no pistol is. However, the driving purpose behind the 2011, increased ammo capacity, causes it's faults. I believe that the 1911 can evolve into a TRUE Double Stack 1911 and keep it's ergonomics that has made it the iconic pistol that it is. We just need some brave manufactures to pic up this mantle...because I really want one!
