According to Section 32 of the Copyright Act, B. Subject to the provision of paragraph 1, the conduct of a particular act upon a copyrighted work in accordance with paragraph 1 shall not be deemed to be an infringement of the copyright, including the reproduction, adaptation, exhibition, research and study of the work for non-commercial use, the use for personal benefit, comment, criticism, or recommendation on the work, the presentation of a news report through mass communication, the reproduction, adaptation, exhibition, or making available for the sake of the consideration of a court or public officer empowered by a law or in the reporting of the outcome of such consideration, and the use of the work as part of questions and answers in an examination.
