Nationwide Massive Tree Planting

Severe floods are a common occurrence in the Philippines, but over the past months of this year, the country has been bombarded by one typhoon after another. Many people have lost their livelihoods, and, tragically, countless lives have been lost.

This is just one of the many consequences of climate change, with one of its primary causes being deforestation.

In these modern times, society is so focused on modernization and industrialization that we often forget the damage we are inflicting on nature—and, in turn, we suffer the consequences.

The question is: How can we combat this seemingly unstoppable climate change?

One of the most effective ways to address this issue is by saving our forests through tree planting.

In light of this, Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy has initiated a simultaneous tree-planting activity, in collaboration with the volunteers of the Sonshine Philippines Movement, as part of their mission to restore Mother Nature.
