🛠️ How to Avoid Bees Under Your Roof 🛠️

If you have small cracks or holes under your roof, it can be the perfect spot for bees, wasps, or other flying insects to build a nest. You don't want them making a home there as it can cause damage or at least be a nuisance. Wasps can be aggressive, while bees are generally more docile, but it's still best to keep them out of your roofing.

Creating a good environment for bees is important, so consider providing a beehive for them to build in instead. Here’s a simple solution to keep them out of your roof:

– Use tinfoil: Crumble tinfoil into a triangular cylinder shape.
– Insert it into the holes: Use a corkscrew or similar tool to push the tinfoil into the cracks or holes, filling them up.
– Secure the foil: Use scissors to push the foil in a bit deeper, but not too deep, so they can't enter the hole.

This method worked for me. I filled one of the holes where bees were starting a nest, and they haven't returned. It's a better solution than using poisonous sprays, which harm the bees. This way, the bees will find another place to build their hive, potentially in a provided beehive.

Only one bee was harmed during this process because it was inside the hole when I filled it. This solution is faster and less messy than using plastic fillers or glue.

I hope this helps you! Let me know in the comments if it did or if you have better options. This method is quick and avoids the use of poison.
