🥣Ingredients for Quinoa and Lentils Breakfast Recipe

1 cup red quinoa(or any white or red or mixed)
1cup lentils - mix of 3 dals
{1/2 cup urad dal (split black gram)
1/4 cup chana dal (split chickpeas)
1/4 cup moong dal (split green gram)}
1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds (methi)
Salt to taste
Water as needed
Oil for cooking

🥣Instructions:
Rinse the red quinoa, lentils(urad dal, chana dal, moong dal), and fenugreek seeds thoroughly.
Soak them together in enough water for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Drain the soaked ingredients.
Grind them together to a smooth batter using water as needed. The batter should have a consistency similar to regular dosa batter.
Add salt to taste and mix well.
Cover the bowl with the batter and let it ferment in a warm place for 8-12 hours or overnight. The batter should rise and become slightly bubbly.
Heat a non-stick tawa or griddle.
Pour a ladleful of batter onto the tawa and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
Drizzle a little oil around the edges and cook until the dosa is golden and crisp.
Flip and cook the other side if desired.
Serve hot with chutney and sambar.
