Georgia's PM says arrests are 'more prevention than repression'

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze said on Wednesday (December 4) that the ongoing arrests of opposition figures and reported searches at the offices of various organizations in Georgia were "more prevention than repression."
