A lone rider, wind in hair
Cruisin’ down the highway, without a care
A thumb raised high, a hopeful grin
A motorcycle’s rumble, a journey to begin

The sun beats down, the road stretches wide
A freedom seeker, with the wind as guide
The roar of the engine, a symphony sweet
A hitchhiker’s thrill, with adventure to meet

With helmet and jacket, the rider’s ready to roll
A passenger welcomed, with a story to unfold
Through mountains and valleys, they ride side by side
A bond forged by wanderlust, as the miles glide

The hitchhiker’s tale, of where they’ve been and seen
Echoes through the helmet, as the landscape’s green
A shared love of freedom, on two wheels they roam
A memory made, as the journey becomes their home

As the sun dips low, the ride comes to an end
A farewell to the rider, a friend to transcend
The hitchhiker’s gratitude, for the ride and the tale
A memory etched, of the open road’s gale.
