Was Charles Manson & all his female accomplices actually CIA MK Ultra victims?

In the United States, thousands of psychiatrists in the U.S. were trained by CIA operatives and assets to drug, wipe and implant memories, construct killers, cult leaders and “partition” people. This program, MK Ultra, was used on Charles Manson, Ted Kaczynski (the Unabomber) and Jack Ruby (Lee Harvey Oswald’s killer). It was also probably used on Sirhan Sirhan (RFK’s assassin) and around people working on secret off the books technology programs.
