Legislative updates to view on halting weather modification and geoengineering:

HB 2063 & SB 2691 (Tennessee) - "ON MARCH 18, 2024, THE SENATE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED SENATE BILL 2691, AS AMENDED.
AMENDMENT #1 rewrites the bill to prohibit the intentional injection, release, or dispersion, by any means, of chemicals, chemical compounds, substances, or apparatus within the borders of this state into the atmosphere with the express purpose of affecting temperature, weather, or the intensity of the sunlight."  (Source: https://wapp.capitol.tn.gov/apps/Billinfo/default.aspx?BillNumber=HB2063&ga=113)

SB 56 (Florida) - "Weather Modification Activities: Repealing provisions relating to the definitions, purpose, licensing requirements, applications, proof of financial responsibility requirements, license issuance and discipline provisions, publication of notice of intention to operate requirements, required contents of the notice of intention, publication of the notice of intention requirements, proof of publication requirements, record and reports of operations requirements, provision of emergency licenses, and suspension or revocation of licenses, respectively, of the weather modification law; prohibiting certain acts intended to affect the temperature, the weather, or the intensity of sunlight within the atmosphere of this state, etc."  Effective Date: 07/01/2025. Last Event: 11/20/24 S Filed on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 4:05 PM. HB 3095 (Illinois) - Filed 3-7-2024.  "Section 10. Prohibition on weather modification. For the health, public safety, and welfare of the State, all forms of weather modification are prohibited in this State, including the seeding of clouds by plane or ground, or any other form of weather modification."  Unfortunately, this bill has no movement.  That's just the Illinois way.
