KENYAN DAWA

Ingredients:
- 1 lime, quartered
- 1-2 teaspoons honey
- Crushed ice
- 2 ounces vodka
- A dawa stick or muddler

Instructions: Muddle the lime quarters in a glass to release the juice, add honey and stir. Fill the glass with crushed ice, pour in the vodka and stir with a dawa stick or muddler until well combined. Enjoy!

KENYAN DAWA (NON-ALCOHOLIC)

Ingredients
- 1 lime, quartered
- 1-2 teaspoons honey
- Crushed ice
-Soda water
- A dawa stick or muddler

Instructions: Mash the lime quarters in a glass to release the juice, add honey and stir. Fill the glass with crushed ice, top with sparkling water and stir with a dawa stick or muddler. Refresh yourself!

QF:In Kenya, warthogs are also popularly known as the “Kenya Express”. Various grasses and herbs are their main food, along with roots and similar plant substances. They avoid animal food. What was striking about this herd of warthogs was the attractive blonde coloring of the mane on their necks and backs.
