WATCH: TRUMP ON THE BRAIN — Trudeau calls the Speaker 'President'

NDP leader Jagmeet Singh during Question Period Tuesday complained it was the Stephen Harper administration responsible for Canada's weak border.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, in enthusiastic agreement, opened his response by addressing the Speaker as "President."

"Mr. President — er — Mr. Speaker, my colleague is exactly right," said Trudeau

"Conservative cuts hurt our border security, Conservative cuts hurt the economy."
