President Trump orders flags at half-staff in honor of Capital Gazette shooting victims

President Donald Trump has ordered flags lowered after a request from Annapolis Mayor Gavin Buckley, who made the request in honor of five journalists shot and killed last week. Initially, Trump rejected the request Monday. The decision was reversed Tuesday morning. The White House did not give a reason for the original denial.
