Ghost Pumpkin tastes more like Veghetti Squash than Pumpkin Pie; still delicious, but no amount of processing is going to turn this into a White Pumpkin Cheesecake. I'm thinking it will pair much better with Alfredo Sauce and Romano Cheese. No Pumpkin Pie tonight.
