With Israeli tanks on the ground, Lebanese unable to bury dead

Residents of southern Lebanon say they have faced Israeli gunfire as they try to bury the dead or inspect their homes. Israel's military has ordered residents of dozens of southern towns not to go back, although a U.S.-brokered ceasefire deal does not include restrictions on residents or a buffer zone.
