Deschedule Earth: Chip Anderson - Plant Advocate / Regulatory Watch Dog

Nov 30th 2024 Deschedule.earth hosted a Private Sector Digital Hearing to hear the voices of the People in favor of Descheduling Cannabis. The private sector is tired and fed up with Federal Misdirection and control, when the people wanted to attend a fair and just hearing on Reschedule with 70% of the 44,000+ public comments in favor of Deschedule repeal removal off CSA 1970 they took action!

This small volunteer self funded group went to work and created 10 witnesses speakers from the people. The new style of Canna-Community and Cannabis Industry was taking shape this year 2024.

Did 18 months in Florida at age 19, gave me anxiety, depression, & PTSD… after I got out, I spent a decade in the Vape Industry working with lobbyists and regulatory agencies from retail to manufacturing. Very knowledgeable about Regulatory issues.
