Rural Canadian Town FINED $15K for not Flying Pride Flag

Emo Township in the Canadian province of Ontario was forced to pay $15,000 in damages to "Borderland Pride" for refusing to declare Pride Month and fly a rainbow flag.

The Mayor and the Chief Administrative Officer of the municipality are also ordered to complete a "Human Rights 101" course to be re-educated.
