Deschedule Earth: Rick Anstiss - Cannabis Liaison

Nov 30th 2024 Deschedule.earth hosted a Private Sector Digital Hearing to hear the voices of the People in favor of Descheduling Cannabis. The private sector is tired and fed up with Federal Misdirection and control, when the people wanted to attend a fair and just hearing on Reschedule with 70% of the 44,000+ public comments in favor of Deschedule repeal removal off CSA 1970 they took action!

This small volunteer self funded group went to work and created 9 witnesses speakers from the people. The new style of Canna-Community and Cannabis Industry was taking shape this year 2024.

Rick Anstiss was a consultant of wild mushrooms. As the caregiver program moved along in Michigan, I transferred my wild mushroom business into the cannabis business and kept the Mr. Fun-Gi thing. Since then, he has been on the forefront [of the cannabis movement] locally. I was part of the petition in the State of Michigan that secured the votes we needed to legalize cannabis.
