French govt faces collapse as opposition plans no-confidence vote

France's far-right National Rally (RN) party said Monday (December 2) it will vote against Prime Minister Michel Barnier in an upcoming no-confidence vote after the leader said he would try to ram a social security bill through parliament without a vote. Fiona Jones reports.
