This 4 hour pomodoro timer with rain sounds is designed to help adhd brains with sustained focus and blocking out background noise.
Pomodoro timers can help create a sense of urgency and competition (great ADHD motivators) as you race against the clock to hit your target before the clock runs out! The background rain soundscape provides background noise reduction and stimulation to help increase concentration and focus for people with ADHD.

In this video we'll do 4 intervals of 50 minutes, with 10 minute breaks in between. You'll hear a chime at the end of each work interval.
