I have a genetic disease called cystic fibrosis. It is a disease that primarily affects my ability to breath (along with SOOO many other issues). My doctors have likened it to plugging one nostril and breathing through the other one with a straw shoved up it. The point is, breathing is not easy for me. Depending on what I am doing, it often takes a conscious effort. My challenge to you is to try this. If you can do it, breathe through one nostril (with a straw shoved up there) for the entire length of this video (about 5 minutes). I'm calling it the #cfstrawchallenge. For those of you who want to take this challenge to the next level, put an N95 mask over that straw hole.
