Musk seeks to prevent the transfer of Jones' X account to the new owners of Infowars, asserting that users do not own their accounts and cannot sell or transfer them without X's consent.

"X Corp.'s terms of service clearly state that it owns the X accounts and only grants users a non-exclusive license to use them," the company stated in a filing submitted to a federal court in Texas.
