Shay Lynn

Started singing/writing songs and playing guitar when she was 7 years old. By the age of 8 she remembers her father taking her and brother to bars where she did not hesitate to get up on stage to perform, and from then on Shay's desires to be in the music spotlight escalated. And so with hard work and determination and a few hard knock lessons along the way, the strong Country Independent Indie Star busted her britches to make her name be known in order for her dreams to become a reality in the public's eye. Through the years Shay applies herself as a soloist artist in Utah. She connects her swing in performing at Fairs, Festivals, Rodeo's, Weddings, Social Gatherings, and even winning four times in a row in 1991-1995 Singing Contests. Her childhood influences were: Merle Haggard, Patsy Cline, Loretta Lynn, Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, Janis Joplin, Linda Ronstadt and so many more. But Shay's biggest influences presently are Miranda Lambert & Wynonna Judd.

Backing her music passion up includes the Spot On talented Drummer/Husband Robert (Stixx) Wiechert by her side, they boot scoot and boogie they're Indie Country power throughout the world. Robert has been on stage with Toby Keith, opened for The Dixie Chicks, Kenny Chesney, Lonestar and many more. Shay Lynn’s music is aired on many Indie Radio Stations in 50 US States & 43 Countries. Her Smashing boot stomping Country hits are: No Memory, Souped Up Purple Truck, Run Run Run Cowgirl, Queen Of Country, She's A Cowgirl. (r)BMI (c) 2017
