I have posted the Donald Rumsfeld announcement before as the TIMING of this HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT was all by DESIGN. See we told you but 9/11 took everyone's mind off of it. These people TIME everything and love to kill many birds with one stone when they know the PLAN is going ahead anyhow.
