BLIZZARD BIRDS: North Dakota Pheasant & Sharptail Hunting Public Land!

When you only get a couple chances a year to chase roosters, you go regardless of the weather! 50+ mph winds made for some interesting shooting. We had to take several breaks to thaw out. The bird dogs did bird dog things in spite of the brutal conditions. We love to hunt all upland birds, but there is still something special about hunting big rooster pheasants on the prairie. Birds were plentiful, dog work was good, and the shooting was sub par! Thanks for watching!
