Alleged 9/11 video footage never shown until years AFTER 9/11 & Former Sec of Def Donald Rumsfeld caught shaking hands with Saddam Hussein in 1983

I remember back then when the Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld in the Bush administration was shown this video of him shaking hands with Saddam Hussein in 1983 (Saddam Hussein's 4 year as the Iraqi Dictator), his first response was "Where did you get this video?" as he is caught red handed. This was all after the "Saddam has WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION lies that the NEOCONS pushed and then Weapons inspector Scott Ritter said Iraq had no weapons of Mass Destruction but the LIES won and they started 2 wars against 2 innocent countries.
