Our very special guest Jerome Corsi is coming back for another visit. Unfortunately Jonathon Moseley whose report we are visiting, can't be here. So Jerome and I are going to wrestle with this question.

I'll propose some possible solutions in the first hour that might help: moving all agencies not covered by the Constitution back to the States, giving more enforcement and oversight power to Congress, eliminating regulations entirely and just go with the laws. The possibilities are endless.
