Lebanon struggles with war wounds, economic losses and shrinking GDP amid uncertainty

The war with Israel has hurt nearly every sector of Lebanon’s economy.
Even before the war, Lebanon was still trying to recover from multiple political and economic problems.
The daily bombing, mass displacement and destruction of some communities near the border have economists describing the war as a final nail in the coffin of Lebanon’s economy.
They are warning recovery will be impossible without international help.
