Easy Smoked Pork Tenderloins on the Pit Boss Pro Series 1600 Elite Pellet Smoker.

2 - 1.5 Pound Pork Tenderloins

Rubbed Down with Jack Daniels Honey BBQ Rub

Pit Boss fired up and running at a steady 225 degrees.

Placed Pork Tenderloins on Pit Boss and let smoke for 30 minutes.
Rotated the pork tenderloins and checked the internal temp.

Let the Pork Tenderloins smoke for another 15 minutes. Checked the internal temps and the were up into the mid 130 degrees.

Let them smoke for another 5 minutes and then added BBQ Sauce.

Let smoke for another 10 minutes to get the BBQ Sauce nice and tacky on the pork tenderloinss

Pulled off and let rest for 10 minutes, sliced them up and had one awesome dinner.

1 Hour 5 Minutes Total Cook Time.
