I’m excited to be exploring and delving into a subject and way of life that has been consistent for most of my adult life, a focus towards living a vibrant, active and healthy life. In this show I will be exploring as many aspects of health as possible from mind and mental health to physical health to environmental health and will be inviting guests onto the show both experts and non-experts who strive to live their lives with or promote a health focussed outlook.
