Radioimmunoassay (RIA) is a highly sensitive laboratory technique used to measure the concentration of antigens (such as hormones, drugs, or proteins) in a sample by using specific antibodies and radioactively labeled substances. It is one of the earliest immunoassays developed and is widely used in clinical diagnostics and research.
