False Arrest at Coachman Park by Clearwater Police Officer Braniff Oct 20 2024

This video explains how my rights were protected on public property and that police officers are not bouncers, but rather can only enforce violation of law on public grounds that are open to the public. Does it seem to you that government employees (public servants) have been extremely tyrannical since COVID? It's as though, some of these government employees and contractors got a taste of power during COVID and now want to turn the US into a slave state.

A false arrest is an assault and battery. The illegal act does not create a legal one. When cops illegally detain and restrain you and illegally imprison you they can and need to be held liable.

The people need to start taking back our power and standing up for ourselves. What's going on is totally out of control and completely outside the bounds of both the state and federal constitutions.
