The Flaws of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Policies

We discuss the concept of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and how it is being implemented in practice. We argue that instead of recognizing people for their talent and hard work, DEI focuses too much on skin color and gender, essentially creating a new form of segregation.

We believe that true equality means judging people by their skills and character, not their identity, and that DEI is undermining real achievements and dividing people. We suggest that if we want real progress, we need to focus on merit-based hiring and promotion, not manufactured fairness.
