Daniel 12 in a nutshell below:
HI! I'm Salvador Lopez Executive Director of Ozark Hunger Relief. I am trying to open an office to specifically to feed children of parents who spend their money on drugs and alcohol. My office will be a community resource though and help anyone we can. I am looking for donations or a corporate sponsor.
I would allow them to have input into whatever the office did.
Any donations are tax deductible. To donate or contact me just comment or email ozarkhunger at gmail.

Chapter 12 of The Book of Daniel is a pivotal and dramatic conclusion to the prophetic visions in the book. It focuses on themes of resurrection, final judgment, and the ultimate triumph of God’s people.
1. The Time of Trouble and Michael’s Role (Daniel 12:1)
The chapter opens with a description of a "time of trouble" unlike anything ever seen before. The archangel Michael, who is described as the protector of Israel, will stand up to defend God's people during this period of intense distress. Despite the turmoil, it is promised that those whose names are written in the "book" will be delivered.

2. Resurrection and Judgment (Daniel 12:2-3)
Daniel receives a vision of the dead being raised—some to eternal life and others to shame and everlasting contempt. This is one of the earliest and clearest references to resurrection in the Hebrew Bible. The righteous, described as those who have led others to righteousness, will shine "like the brightness of the heavens" and "like the stars forever and ever," emphasizing their eternal reward.
3. The Sealing of the Prophecy (Daniel 12:4)
Daniel is instructed to "seal up" the words of the scroll until the end of time. This implies that the full understanding of these prophecies will only come to light in the future, during the "end times." The phrase “many will go here and there to increase knowledge” suggests an era of great searching and discovery, perhaps both spiritually and intellectually. Humans are increasing knowledge faster and faster everyday with the help of computers, AI, and soon Quantum Computing.

4. The Timelines and End Times (Daniel 12:5-7)
Daniel sees two other figures on either side of a river. One of them asks how long it will be until these events are fulfilled. The man clothed in linen, who is standing above the waters, raises both hands to heaven and swears by God that it will be "a time, times, and half a time" (interpreted by many scholars as 3.5 years). The completion of these events will occur when the power of the holy people is shattered. After the Rapture will begin 7 years of Tribulation. The Anti-Christ will rise and the first 3.5 years will be less eventful, the last 3.5 years will be the horrible Tribulation.
5. Daniel’s Final Instructions and Promise (Daniel 12:8-13)
Even after hearing the vision, Daniel admits that he does not fully understand it and asks for clarification. He is told that the meaning will remain hidden until the "time of the end." The chapter emphasizes that only the wise will understand the signs of the times, while the wicked will not. The final verses refer to a period of 1,290 days and a blessing for those who reach 1,335 days, which has led to much debate and interpretation.

Daniel is reassured that he will rest (die) and then rise to his allotted place at the end of days, signifying his participation in the resurrection and reward for his faithfulness.
Themes and Takeaways
Hope in Tribulation: Despite the overwhelming prophecy of destruction and suffering, there is hope for deliverance and eternal life for those faithful to God.
Resurrection and Eternal Reward: The chapter provides a significant insight into the belief in resurrection and final judgment, emphasizing that the righteous will be rewarded.
Mystery of God’s Plan: The command to seal the prophecy highlights the idea that some aspects of God’s plan will remain a mystery until the appointed time.
