Did Vaccines Cure Polio & The Measles?

This graph by independent vaccine researcher, Greg Beatty, clearly indicates that both the Polio Vaccine and the Measles Vaccine was introduced when the viruses had run their courses.

The Vaccines were introduced once they both were basically GONE.

So, for those making statements that vaccines cured polio and the measles is ludicrous.
