Travel Ambiance & Nature Sounds brook reservoir mad flow water infrastructure

as the title says mad flow into the adjacent brook, this is from a recorder house which is sited above this outfall, and the flow comes from the valve house of a reservoir further upstream. also notice the metal grille, presumably long since displaced by the flow?
